We are a Southern Comfort food trailer presently located at Bevel Craft Brewery in Bend, Oregon. We specialize in Carolina BBQ Pulled Pork, Beer Marinated Grilled Chicken, Taste of the South Bowls, cornbread, mac and cheese, and all the southern sides! Bevel Craft Brewery is a beautiful place to enjoy some indoor or outdoor fun with live music and monthly events!

“The pulled pork sandwich with a side of Mac n Cheese and coleslaw was just amazing. My mother in law had the chicken with a side of beans and cornbread. She enjoyed it so much she would not share. This food truck is an absolute must try. The crew was very friendly and the price was reasonable.”
